  • Founded- 2 July 1981

Founder of Wipro is Mohamed Hasham Premji however the key person behind software division of Wipro is Azim Hashim Premji

Azim Hashim Premji

  • Born : 24 July 1945, Mumbai, Maharashtra,
  • Spouse(s) : Yasmeen
  • Education : BSc in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, USA
  • Informally known as the Czar of the Indian IT Industry. He was voted among the 20 most powerful men in the world by Asiaweek.. He has twice been listed among the 100 most influential people by TIME Magazine, once in 2004 and more recently in 2011.

  • Founder - Shiv Nadar
  • Founded - 22 Nov 1991 
  • Headquarters  - Noida, India

Shiva Nadar

  • Born : 14 July 1945  Moolaipozhi Village, Tirunelveli District, India.
  • Spouse(s) : Kiran Nadar
  • Education : Electrical And Electronics Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
  • In 2008, Nadar was awarded Padma Bhushan for his efforts in the IT industry. Nadar, nicknamed by friends as Magus (Old Persian for Wizard), since mid-1990s has focused his efforts in developing the educational system of India through the Shiv Nadar Foundation. Shiv Nadar is the brother of famous tamil novelist Ramanichandran.

5.) Tech Mahindra 

  • Founder - Anand Mahindra 
  • Founded - 1986
  • Headquarter - Pune, India

Anand Mahindra

  • Born : 1 May 1955
  • Spouse(s) : Anuradha Mahindra
  • Education : Harvard University, Cambridge
  • He is included by Fortune Magazine among the 'World's 50 Greatest Leaders' and featured in the magazine's 2011 listing of Asia's 25 most powerful business people. Anand has also been noted by Forbes (India) as their 'Entrepreneur of the Year' for 2013.
